Grow Ohio Refund Policy
As of June 1, 2020
Grow Ohio will only issue Refunds in the form of an Electronic Gift Card for the following situations:
- A break down in the packaging rendering the product unusable (ex: droppers, cartridges, broken Lozenges, etc.)
- If a product does not meet Grow Ohio’s high-quality standards
- This will need to be proven with photo evidence and based on Retain Testing Results
- This will need to be proven with photo evidence and based on Retain Testing Results
- All requests for refunds must be accompanied with photos of the product and the Grow Ohio Compliance Label and a Copy of the Original Receipt
- Refund requests must happen within 7 days of date of purchase
- Refunds will NOT be issued for products that have been consumed
- Please note that it can take up to 30 days for Refunds to be processed
When emailing us please provide the following:
- A photo of the issue with your product you are inquiring about
- A Photo of the Grow Ohio Compliance Label
- A Photo of your Receipt of Purchase
